Unfortunately, if the artist isn't notable yet, we can't have an article about them. From the links, it looks like they're doing some good work, so it's likely that we'll start to see news articles and other reliable sources coming out that talk about the artist. The key is that sources have to show that he is notable, and those sources must be independent of the subject - which none of the current links are. So, the article is probably premature. Once there is news coverage, an article might not be a problem - but it's too soon for an article on this artist, right now. I notice your name matches the artist's in part, so you might consider having a look at our conflict of interest policy, as well. When Tesfa is rising in fame and notariety, others will be sure to write an article, so there is no need to someone associated with the artist (or the artist themselves) to write an article.
