Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing inappropriate pages, such as Pal Sun Nyo, is not in accordance with our policies. • Please do not add potentially controversial content to Wikipedia without references to reliable sources to substantiate the statements yo make. This is especially important if the content contains accusations against any living persons. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 15:27, 29 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

A question about other accounts

edit

Have you used any other account or accounts? If so, what accounts have you used? The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 15:29, 29 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

I have used other accounts but I don't remember the names. One of them was a randomly generated string with a length of 32. Testosterenbom (talk) 17:16, 29 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hell! I hope you are able to find a place here at Wikipedia. A good start would be to understand that social media posts are not considered reliable sources and that Biographies of living persons require multiple, strong references for and contentious information. --Mark Miller (talk) 06:28, 23 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

As a matter of fact, social media posts are (sometimes, sometimes not) considered reliable sources. WP:USINGPRIMARY states that we can use a person's website as a primary source. Since someone's personal twitter is only curated by that person, that is also to be considered "a personal website. It is also in accordance with WP:TWITTER. As long as we don't base the article solely on twitter posts, we are fine. I will revert back. Testosterenbom (talk) 22:01, 25 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Oshwah. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person, Lord Our Righteousness Church, but you didn’t support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 01:04, 26 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Lord Our Righteousness Church. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 01:07, 26 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

It is not my own commentary. Testosterenbom (talk) 01

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, as you did with this edit to Lord Our Righteousness Church, you may be blocked from editing. Non-Dropframe talk 01:09, 26 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

I am not editing disruptively. I am contributing in good faith. I will add sources for my edits. You have broken Wikipedia guidelines by assuming bad faith. Testosterenbom (talk) 01

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Lord Our Righteousness Church. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 01:11, 26 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Whether you are right or wrong, edit warring is not the way to resolve the issue. This is your last warning. Please take it to the talk page if you wish to discuss inclusion of controversial material. Primefac (talk) 01:27, 26 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
