how do i get this page loaded up to the wikipedia site?

• The page is uploaded to Wikipedia. However, it is in "user space"; what you want is to make it an article. I suggest asking (at the New Contributors' Help Page) for someone to read your article and give advice about notability, documentability, and generally making a good article.
• Then you can create a new page (I would name it "The_Aldgate_Bunker"; underscores will become empty spaces when viewed on the page) and copy your text from the old page to the new one. Create a link for the new page on some other page that has an appropriate topic (such as "list of bunkers that are not military" just to make up an example).
• In general, ask questions at the New Contributors' Help Page. Also, you can ask a question on the Talk page of someone who has responded to your questions in the past.
