) Thanks for your comments.

On the one hand, you did post comments about your changes... and on the other hand, there has been a disucssion going on for over a month about what kind of warning/how to language the videos... and from my perspective, your comments didn't take that disucssion into account at all. I guess I would have liked a little more sensitivity and involvement in the on-going dialogue before changing things.

I was also confused by placing the comments IN the article....

On the other hand, you did make comments about your post, and try to discuss where you are coming from, so I could have been more sensitive to your attempts.

F-22

edit

You'll have to forgive me for ignoring the 'debate' on the F-22 article's discussion page, for frankly I am rather bemused at the fact that there is such a debate at all, when the aircraft has clearly been re-designated. Besides, I reverted your edit to the Meteor article based on the fact that it was wrong, and that I knew it to be wrong (and can back up my assertion if needs be). Why then do I need to justify it on a different article? If one article has a line saying that the sky is green, surely it's ok to go ahead and correct that entry rather than going over to the article on 'the sky' and engaging in any debate that might exist in its discussion page? Perhaps I'm reading something into your comment that wasn't there, and I apologise if this is so, however at the moment it certainly seems to me that you are alleging discourtesy on my part, and that is something I object to. Regards — Impi 23:11, 28 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

I have posted five quick links on the F-22 discussion page. All either reference the aircraft by its 'new' F-22A designation, or refer to the redesignation itself, notably by the USAF's own news office. I think that's evidence enough that a redesignation has taken place, even if the USAF is avoiding repeating the arguably overhyped fanfare that has characterised the F-22 program's milestones in the past. — Impi 23:34, 28 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

Anon editing

edit

I just noticed a question that you asked a while back at Wikipedia talk:Welcome, newcomers. I don't know if anyone answered you, so I'll explain. Anonymous users are no longer allowed to create new articles, although (as I'm sure you've noticed) they are allowed to edit articles that already exist. Also, they can request new pages at Wikipedia:Articles for creation. So, they technically can create new articles if tenured users approve them first. --TantalumTelluride 23:46, 26 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to WP: Air!

I see your point on the JSF. Mayhaps you can help us work up a box for 21st century fighters. Glad to have you aboard, The1exile! Guapovia 22:37, 30 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Chengdu J-10

edit

Yeah, I agree that in this case Global Security may not be a reliable source. In any case, most articles one finds about the J-10 mention at the very least an influence by the Lavi, with some going as far as saying that the prototype was sold to China! I think the article mentions and properly references this argument. --Dali-Llama 20:51, 21 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Just so that you know

edit

I just want you to know that the 3RR Rule does not apply to reverting vandalism. I thought it would to until someone recently pointed this out to me. God Bless! (Steve 19:32, 28 February 2006 (UTC))Reply

Command and Conquer Generals: Zero Hour

edit

You asked about what mod to download in order to play as the unused generals. I believed that that would be the Pro:Gen mod from www.deezire.net, which in addition to that, also unlocks a huge variety of other unused features (visit the Talk:Command & Conquer: Generals - Zero Hour page to hear more about it. - Conrad Devonshire 02:27, 10 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

NOT VANDALISM

edit

It was not vandalism i am protecting magical secrets

--82.198.250.72 13:41, 28 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Let me get this straight. This is an IP address, with a message written by an illiterate anonymous vandal, who wrote the title all in capitals and did not capitalise "i". Vandal IP in question also did not use a full stop/period at the end of the sentence. It is also regisered to the London Grid for Learning, which is for school IP's. I use that IP, stop taking the mick, and stop getting it blocked. --The1exile - Talk - Contribs -  18:01, 28 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

There is a consensus discussion on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Aircraft#Infobox Aicraft consensus discussion on adopting a non-specifications summary infobox for aircraft articles. Your comments would be appreciated. Thanks! - Emt147 Burninate! 18:43, 24 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

BM Userbox

Thanks. I think there should be also a category grouping BM players (linked to this Userbox or something) but I have no idea yet how to do it :)
BTW, what realms do you play?

As a member of the Aviation WikiProject or one of its subprojects, you may be interested in testing your skills in the Aviation Contest! I created this contest, not to pit editor against editor, but to promote article improvement and project participation and camraderie. Hopefully you will agree with its usefulness. Sign up here, read up on the rules here, and discuss the contest here. The first round of the contest may not start until September 1st-unless a large number of editors signup and are ready to compete immediately! Since this contest is just beginning, please give feedback here, or let me know what you think on my talkpage. - Trevor MacInnis contribs 05:45, 23 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
