Candle image

I thought a false-colour picture seemed apt, to add a layer to the joke, and tried this one out. But as-is it’s too wide (or too short) to work well in the infobox, so I thought I’d come here rather than simply add it. If you think it’s a good idea, @TheDragonFire300, I’d be happy to create a cropped version more like the memorial candle in proportions—I’m just too lazy to do it on spec.—Odysseus1479 03:41, 16 October 2023 (UTC)

@Odysseus1479 I haven't looked at the code for Template:Userbox-2, but I'd presume that it would prefer taller aspect ratios than wider aspect ratios as that image is. I do like the concept; being the usual candle pic, but just that much off... and then you read the infobox text and find out what's really going on. Regards, User:TheDragonFire300. The actual code is in a Lua module, about which I have little clue, but I guess its mention of 45 px refers to the default width. Before looking there I had already cropped the image to 320 pixels wide, which seems to fit pretty snugly at 48 px (by 55 tall) without crowding the text, but I can trim some more from the sides (down to 256 px perhaps?) if you’d rather a proportion closer to that in the portrait, which is 40 × 56.—Odysseus1479 02:20, 19 October 2023 (UTC)
