Welcome to Wikipedia. I have noticed that some of your recent genre changes, such as the one you made to The Hunting Party (album), have conflicted with our neutral point of view and verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you seek consensus for certain edits by discussing the matter on the article's talk page. Thank you. STATic message me! 04:05, 22 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

Queens of the Stone Age's ...Like Clockwork

edit

I've started a topic on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Rock music#...Like Clockwork genre dispute to discuss the genre changes that the article ...Like Clockwork has been going through, so I'm inviting you to look it over and reply, if you like. Also, I'd like to thank you for posting on the talk page instead of redoing the edit. Genres are often hard to agree on, so patience, understanding and discussion are needed. Cheers! —PC-XT+ 03:56, 25 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to Electric Ladyland, without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 08:57, 7 September 2014 (UTC)   Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses) , without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. Andrzejbanas (talk) 12:25, 23 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to Rated R (Queens of the Stone Age album), without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. The reason the editor did that is probably because there has been some genre warring on the article. In a case like that the genre may be removed until an editor provides a reliable source, which I'm about to do. Happy editing. Robvanvee 10:16, 3 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

This is the final warning that you will receive regarding continued genre changing without discussion or sources. If you choose to continue, as you did at Songs for the Deaf, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Binksternet (talk) 06:47, 4 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
