edithttps://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:2022.05.03_South_Australian_Legislative_Council_-_Composition_of_Members.svg - president is Liberal, not Labor - the Liberal upper house President was unexpectedly re-elected to the Presidency, which would give the Labor government nine of 21 seats during votes on the floor, meaning that only an additional two non-government votes are required to pass legislation.[1][2][3] 118.211.93.235 (talk) 09:51, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
47th Parliament of Australia
editHi Tim,
I know that we have both been working towards making the Parliaments of Australia pages look great. User:ITBF has deleted our work on the 47th Parliament members section, without a discussion on the talk page. I was just formatting this article to be similar to the USA equivalent 117th United States Congress? I've had a previous problem with this user on Asian Australians in politics and they seemed to have followed me here. They seem to make big decisions on pages without participating in discussions. I'm not sure how to move forward with this without it seeming like edit warring. SCN 1999 (talk) 11:51, 21 June 2022 (UTC)
- Hi SCN, ITBF has gone and reverted your edits for a second time. There is now a risk of this dispute boiling over into an edit war. I've left a message on ITBF's talk page requesting that they engage with you in discussion on this. But in the meantime, I would ask that, in the interest of avoiding escalation, you refrain from undoing their revert until the matter is settled, or a reasonable amount of time has passed without response from ITBF. Thanks. TheTimMan (talk) 16:56, 21 June 2022 (UTC)

It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
