Citations
editI googled Orwell and Humpty Dumpty: and got another form of Newspeak: Clintonspeak, which is a private language, meaning language with one's personal reactions baked into it. But the difference is Clinton was a world leader, with the power to shape narrative. Much like Orwell's Big Brother, or Napoleon Pig, for that matter.
I googled private language and got Wittgenstein's Philosophical Investigations§464: ‘My aim is: to teach you to pass from a piece of disguised nonsense to something that is patent nonsense.’
What remains unsaid is 'What is the source of the nonsense?'. Who is Napoleon? Why are all the animals in Animal Farm willing to remain there? Are they simply trapped on the farm because they are only animals, with no rights, except on the farm? Eventually the narrative will be: "This is ridiculous." and no one will listen to Napoleon anymore. They will drop out.
According to the rules of wikipedia, these citations cannot go into the article until a reliable source, a 3rd party, utters the concepts in them. So I am waiting for that 3rd party to publish them. --Ancheta Wis (talk | contribs) 10:02, 4 February 2017 (UTC)
Sockpuppet investigation
editHi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Hidden Tempo, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
