Percy Sykes

edit

Percy Sykes is not a reliable source for Wikipedia. He has no specialization in the field of Afghan history, Indian history, or history of any country. I would advise you not to edit war. --Kansas Bear (talk) 06:37, 7 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

FYI, your so-called "only formatting" edit, removed references, a url link in a reference, and referenced information. Continued edits of this type can result in a block or ban. --Kansas Bear (talk) 06:43, 7 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

No data was removed, please give evidence of this behaviour. And no, Percy Sykes is a well-known scholar with over 17 acclaimed Publications, even Wikipedia has a page on him:

Also, on re-examining the edits reverted by you, apart from Percy Sykes, the other two edits do not belong to me. They were not undertaken by me. Please acknowledge to avoid misunderstanding0 This is not my edit:- https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Third_Battle_of_Panipat&diff=prev&oldid=925003459

Percy Syke was not an academic historian and has no specialization in any field of history, therefore he is not a reliable source for Wikipedia. Either bring an academic historian or accept what Kaushik Roy states.
This is not your edit? This was removed by your edit. --Kansas Bear (talk) 07:11, 7 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

I believe it got overlapped within my edits, as the editor who did those was along the series of edits which got reverted. Anyways I had no intention of deleting it. If Percy Sykes is not an academic historian then I shall find another source and get back to you, but I will not edit anything there in the time being so you will face no problems from me. 115.96.147.106 (talk) 08:36, 7 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
