Hello, I'm Fluffernutter. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —specifically this edit to Earl Thomas (defensive back)— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help Desk. Thanks. A fluffernutter is a sandwich! Edit summaries

edit

Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing →   Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! UW Dawgs (talk) 23:35, 25 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Patrick Mahomes, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. Eagles 24/7 (C) 23:20, 25 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Patrick Mahomes. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Rockchalk717 20:19, 11 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Patrick Mahomes’s legal name is Patrick Lavon Mahomes II. I won’t give you the link but I’m sure you can find it yourself, you can verify this by looking at government records from when he purchased his home in Kansas City earlier this year. That shows his full legal name it shows as “II”. I see you’ve had issues with this a month ago, continue to do this and you will be blocked.--Rockchalk717 20:21, 11 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

You have been warned enough about changing player names without citing reliable sources or going against ones included in articles. Eagles 24/7 (C) 19:27, 17 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
