Sorry buddy, but the company has been in the headlines and in the press many times in the last year. Maybe you don't read the news feeds. Why don't you visit one of the following web sites and educate yourself a bit. This entry needs to be kept on Wikipedia.

None of the coverage in the past year, as you claim, has been significant, and this recent case only makes passing reference to the company.
