Arming America
editYou're right, there's a lot of verbiage to hack through—not to mention that the account that created the article has been permanently blocked. You might want to take a look at No Man Knows My History: The Life of Joseph Smith, which I mostly wrote, and which is now GA.--John Foxe (talk) 10:28, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
Thanks - An excellent article on Smith. I've cut the Arming America page down to the bare essence. It could use elaboration but in a competent way on the key issues at stake in the controversy, but the current article was of virtually no use in that regard. If you want to have at it, do so. I imagine someone may come back and try to restore all those chunks but I'm hoping they'll realize that it was not so well done and this gets to the point just as well. - Thirdcamper
- That was "bold," but I support what you've done. You're right in attempting to emphasize the nature of the book itself rather than author. Hopefully there's no one out in the ether who's emotionally invested in what was there.--John Foxe (talk) 14:39, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
