Response from ThistleStop: The photo has been removed. However, I would like to know why the request was made and why user Thane45 objects to the photo, which was made immediately following a lecture by David L. Carrasco and includes his late mentor, Ira G. Zepp.
It is not the usual practice of Wikipedia for one user to create a user page for someone else. However, I will have to create a user page for Thane45 in order to reply to his/her request.
It appears that Thane45 has also requested that the photo be removed from Wikimedia Commons.
