Submitting draft

There is something to put at the top of a draft to submit it to Articles for Creation for review, but given that very experienced Teahouse hosts expressed the opinion that Craig does not yet meet notability criteria, the best choice may be to put a deletion tag on the draft, so that an Administrator can delete it.
