Heather Morris move
editShe's an actress AND a voice actress ... you might want to rethink the move to voice actress. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 21:06, 14 January 2010 (UTC)
I have made some comments on the Heather Morris moves, and would appreciate your feedback at Talk:Heather Morris#Heather (Elizabeth) Morris Ruevian (talk) 01:48, 18 January 2010 (UTC)
Parks and Recreation
editHey Tikopowii. I've been heavily involved in editing Parks and Recreation articles over the last few months, and I see you've just made pages for each of the P&R main characters. I'm happy to see it. I have accumulated a lot of information and sources for each of these characters. Do you mind if I start adding to them, and help bring them up to DYKs and GAs and all that good stuff? I didn't want to step on your toes so if you prefer to do the work yourself, let me know and I won't stand in your way. But if you don't mind me helping out, I'd love to contribute to them... — Hunter Kahn 03:02, 21 January 2010 (UTC)
- Excellent! I've done a bit of expansion work on Andy, April, Mark and Tom, and plan to hit up Ann and Ron tomorrow. Basically, I just built on what you already had there, adding a bit more info and some sources to strengthen it up a tad. I've also nominated the four I've expanded for DYK, and you can take a look here at my proposed hooks if you like. Thanks again! — Hunter Kahn 06:22, 21 January 2010 (UTC)

Characters on Alice in Wonderland
editAre you not reading my edit summaries? I am saying there is no need to rehash the plot within the cast sections. What do you mean by "expand"? You need to add reliable sources that discusses the characters, not IMDb. Thanks. —Mike Allen 05:23, 23 March 2010 (UTC)
- Well, someone needs to be proactive about the article's quality. With all due respect, I don't see you cleaning it up after IPs vandalize it repeatably. If you call that "possessive", then so be it. About the cast list, most articles (FA) do not use a cast list, a "Casting" section is created under the Production section and discusses the casting (most of the material that is currently in the cast list, such as why Burton chose Mia, etc) is moved in said section. A cast list used for sole purpose of telling the reader who they are, what they do, why they are there, is pure plot and sometimes original research. Wikipedia is not here to tell a reader every single detail about something. I undid that last edit I reverted you on. If you can (I haven't yet looked, but plan to in the future) find more reliable sources discussing the casting of the other characters you've added, then add it back citing those sources. If you feel this is a bad decision, you can request for comment at WP:FILM. If you would like to work on making this a Good Article, like I do, that would be helpful. I'm not here trying to control an article, that's why I'm discussing it now, instead of edit warring, and if you take it to WP:FILM, we can get a consensus on this. —Mike Allen 23:51, 23 March 2010 (UTC)
- I hate to tell you this and I don't want to revert you, but could you shorten the plot down? It should be a summary of the film between 400-700 words. See WP:FILMPLOT. I see you put a lot of work in it, and apparently have an excelent memory, but it's real important that the plot be concise as possible. —Mike Allen 03:50, 24 March 2010 (UTC)
- Hi, I have started on revamping the cast section. You can view it here. —Mike Allen 21:33, 26 March 2010 (UTC)
- Well, you're probably looking at old GA's. This for example is what I'm talking about. Of course the Alice article is still going to need work, there's too many quotes within the Cast section. It needs to flow more like an encyclopedia, with commentary, than rely on just quotes. If you know what I mean. :-) Also, what in the world is this picture that was added in the Release section about? Do you think that adds anything to the article worth keeping? —Mike Allen 01:23, 29 March 2010 (UTC)
- Hi, there's a discussion on how to format a cast list for Alice in Wonderland here, if you would like to join. —Mike Allen 06:11, 14 April 2010 (UTC)

editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
