Hummingbird Hawk-moth FPC

Hi! You supported the Hummingbird Hawk-moth FPC (like everyone else who commented), but HighInBC uploaded an edit that absolutely no-one commented on. I can't promote the image without knowing which version to promote, so now I have to ask everyone which version they prefer. Would you mind specifying which image you are supporting? Thanks. Model

Just because she doesn't model anymore, doesn't mean she doesn't deserve the cat. All former models still have the model category on their pages. Lil Flip246 16:15, 18 August 2006 (UTC)

Re. unsourced image

Concerning your message : [4] about the picture : [5].

I uploaded this as a book cover. The box on the picture page says :

This image is of a book cover, and the copyright for it is most likely owned either by the artist who created the cover or the publisher of the book. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of book covers

to illustrate an article discussing the book in question on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Other use of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Fair use for more information.

The source for the picture was one of many online book stores, so the source is unknown to me, but I can't see why this is needed due to the fact that it is indeed a low-resolution image of a book cover.

What am I missing here? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Asimeow (talkcontribs) 05:20, 6 September 2006 (UTC)

jesus, its been 2 months.

Sorry, I hadnt been logging in to this account.

She was nice of course, she is very professional with the photographers obviously. I got her to sign my copy to spider man 2 :)

We dont get to talk to celebrities for very long, their publicists move them along.

Maybe I'll be at a event with her again.

p.s. some guy keeps changing the photo of kirsten at her wikipedia, saying my image is non-free or something. Can you check it out for me?

GTA VCS BLack Hole Garages

This is genuine, it doesn't always happen, maybe it is not happening on versions, but I know of three users where it is

Re: Happynoodleboy

I am confused as well, and I brought up the matter to Armadillofromhell last night, precisely because it seemed strange that the "noodleboy" account was suddenly vandalizing and creating attack pages. It may have been hacked, or otherwise compromised. Let me check with "Armadillo" and see what he thinks, ok? If I erred, I am certainly willing to apologize, but I think something untoward has happened. I will get back to you as soon as possible. ---Charles 18:47, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

Since you have no history of vandalism and IP addresses have been hacking your page, it looks like someone has the password to your account and was creating attack articles. Since the articles have been deleted, you can no longer see what was done. I suggest you change your password. As far as the old account linking to the new, I was not sure that was allowed, it just added to my confusion. --ArmadilloFromHell 18:57, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
