I'm new to this and I don't understand why I got blocked the fist time with Nix_een. my editing not vandalism. @HickoryOughtShirt?4:

@HickoryOughtShirt?4:, How is it promo if there is some kind of common page for "Nix" and "NIX" and no people article for "NIX" and would like to create an article for NIX?
- It is promotional because, based on the username of your first account you seem to have a connection with this person and they do not have a Wikipedia page. Please read my response on my talk page where I state that you cannot add someone without a Wikipedia page to a disambiguation page. Please read Wikipedia:Write the article first and make sure this person passes our WP:Notability criteria. As well, please stop editing with this account because you have openly admitted it is block evasion. @HickoryOughtShirt?4: why are you so aggressive? Like I said I'm new to this and I will create the article first. I'll worry about your disambiguation page later... I just did not know the order of events was such a big deal here if there is no existing article. Is all that reverting and blocking with no warning really necessary? I did not even know people where this active on this website. I'm going to try to stay out of your way.
