Hi Toby, Regarding History of Cycling in Western Australia: Let me try to help you with the article.
- The lead
Is ok for now.
- Early history
- General comment: your style, with the year in boldfaced text followed by text, make the article appear as a list. It is a good idea to do things chronologically, but the article would improve a lot if you would turn it into proza.
- You write "WA" for "Western Australia". That's ok, but you should introduce this abbreviation at least once in the article, because not everybody may be familiar with this (even though they should figure it out in about two seconds).
- How do you know that the first cycling journal was in the 1880's? Did you read it somewhere? You should add where you found this information, using the <ref></ref> system. The same holds for many other statements.
- If you want to link to a page in wikipedia, you should use the wikilink [[...]] system. I changed one of them to show you how it's done.
- You don't need to add <br /> for line breaks. Just put an empty line. I changed one of them to show you how it's done.
If you want to, I'll come back to the rest of the article later. --EdgeNavidad (Talk · Contribs) 10:52, 13 August 2010 (UTC)
