Tom, if you moved this into article space now it would be deleted within minutes under any of a multitude of criteria (WP:notability and WP:spam spring to the forefront on my mind) by the folk doing new page patrol. You'd be well served by continuing to work on it to bring it to an encyclopedic standard. Read WP:FIRST to get an idea of what's necessary.
