Request reason:

I do not know what exactly is going on here. I know I have never provided any false information on any wikipedia pages but truths. Yes, I did create another new account because the other ones is blocked from uploading and also I cannot remember the passwords to them. The reason for getting a new account was to help fix the errors that I've done on the other accounts and make things better. So I'm hoping I can get my account to be unblocked for this misunderstanding.
