You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because this is one of a group of accounts created for the purpose of pushing promotional material about a person who had been warned of the conflict of interest guideline in relation to posting spam about himself. It is likely that all the accounts were operated by one person, but it doesn't really matter whether that was so or whether it was a group of people recruited to help with the promotion, because either way it was a matter of using multiple accounts to try to avoid the effect of Wikipedia policies and guidelines.
