The reason left by Doric Loon was: This submission is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: After being declined, reworked and resubmitted twice, this draft still contains nothing to demonstrate any real importance for an encyclopedia. The citations are trivial. The claims made about the subjects' achievements really are not more than those of many bloggers. I don't think number of views in itself gives notability. I suggest waiting five years and then considering if by then these vloggers have made waves.
