Connexus Credit Union

is nothing but spam, because it's a blatant advertisement for the credit union. There are no reliable sources that show it's notability as an organization. I'm going to assume that you've also work for this credit union and therefore have a conflict of interest, which is also discouraged. I'll leave you a welcome message at the top of your talk page that will have links that you should explore before attempting to create another article.
