Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Hankou Railway Station. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 02:53, 6 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

New article creation

edit

You've created quite a few articles for individual railway stations. I'm not sure that individually they're notable, or useful. They're only one sentence long. What worries me more is that the railroads themselves don't have articles. It would be a better use of your time to create the articles for the railways first, and then, maybe, the stations. But Wikipedia is much better off if there are larger, useful articles on the railway, than just one-sentence indications of existence for lots of, possibly not notable, individual stations. Hangon a second

Hi Tratra. Regarding your recent page creations, are you using a bot or semi-automated tool to assist you in these creations? The edits seem very fast for manual creation. Cheers, - Kingpin13 (talk) 08:24, 12 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

As a sidenote would you please remove these templates from your user talk page (or just the categories)? They are adding this page to article categories (or just remove the categories if possible). A user-sub page would be a better place to use as a sandbox. - Kingpin13 (talk) 08:37, 12 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
Tratra, please respond to the messages on your talk page, I notice you ignored the message from Shadowjams above, and from myself. Please do not continue creating pages without addressing concerns. But thanks for dealing with the categories :). - Kingpin13 (talk) 13:15, 12 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I want to fill red links and let number of articles goes up

Decline reason:

While we appreciate your enthusiasm, English Wikipedia has policies against using unapproved automatic scripts. Before asking to be unblocked again, it would be wise to read over these policies. Q T C 11:28, 20 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

And as noted above it would be nice for you to comment on this discussion about your activities. Q T C 11:30, 20 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Stations of Jinbin Passenger Railway

edit

A tag has been placed on Category:Stations of Jinbin Passenger Railway requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read!
