Thanks

Calgary neighbourhoods

edit

I just created articles for five of the eight neighbourhoods that were redlinked at List of neighbourhoods in Calgary, and may be doing the same for the remaining three in the short term. Anything you can do to expand the Legacy, Nolan Hill, Redstone, Sage Hill, and Skyview Ranch articles would be appreciated. Cheers, Hwy43 (talk) 05:21, 3 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

I've also converted the Kincora redirect to an article (originally redirected to Symons Valley, Calgary, which is the larger area comprising Kincora and four other communities). Any help expanding this will also be appreciated. Hwy43 (talk) 06:42, 3 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

It appears that the map for Calgary needs to be updated or expanded to accommodate these new neighbourhoods. I hope Qyd is still around otherwise I can just expand it in GIMP. Trfs (talk) 17:26, 3 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Qyd's activity is quite limited now compared to when I signed up. Thanks for helping with the above and for creating Royal Vista. I've since created CFB Currie and CFB Lincoln Park PMQ. Again, anything you can do to expand these two would be appreciated. Cheers, Hwy43 (talk) 08:22, 7 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
