Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Gladys Knight, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you!   Please do not add or change content, as you did at The Isley Brothers, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Egghead06 (talk) 07:35, 10 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

 Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Happy editing! Cheers, Jr8825Talk 18:29, 11 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Was it okay to write what I said? 69.156.215.156 (talk) 18:31, 11 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
I presume it's Triviasta I'm talking to, but you've logged out? If you're referring to your change to ADHD, this wasn't an acceptable edit as Wikipedia doesn't collect miscellaneous facts, we only summarise the main points about things. Also medical information about living or recently deceased people should be treated very carefully per our policy on biographies -- in almost all circumstances it should be avoided. You also might want to look at our tutorial on adding citations, as it's important to show where you're getting your information from. That said, it's common to make mistakes when starting out, so don't worry! If you've got any questions, the best place to ask is the Teahouse. Best, Jr8825Talk 18:40, 11 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
Okay, thanks for the info. I got my information from Sarah Harding's Book itself. 69.156.215.156 (talk) 18:50, 11 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
