You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Bbb23 (talk) 15:27, 30 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Help please. I have received this block message:

This blocked user's request to have autoblock on their IP address lifted has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request.

127.0.0.1 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RDNS · RBLs · http · block user · block log)

Block message:

Autoblocked because your IP address was recently used by "Ttrdln". The reason given for Ttrdln's block is: "Abusing multiple accounts".

Decline reason: Decline unblock as you are blocked directly, not just by an autoblock. (And we certainly didn't block 127.0.0.1, that's the localhost address.) Seraphimblade Talk to me 04:43, 31 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

Today I opened another account (Kpts13) for a friend who asked me to develop a Wikipedia article for her. I had been previously developing it in my Sandbox for my account Ttrdln. I thought it wiser to open an account for her so that eventually she will be able to sign in and do her own editing. If this breaches rules, I apologise, and I shall continue to finish the article development in my Ttrdln Sandbox.
Please unblock Ttrdln, and tell me if I should cease developing under the account Kpts13, or if I may continue. When I opened the second account. I explained that it was to develop an article for a friend.
Thank you Ttrdln (talk) 15:54, 30 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Kvitas is your account, too, isn't it?--Bbb23 (talk) 16:08, 30 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for replying. No, Kvitas is not my account. Kvitas is the account of the Wikipedia developer who initially developed my article (called David Pentecost). I then took over maintenance of the account myself using my account Ttrdln. I do not know the password for the account Kvitas. ~~~~ Ttrdln (talk) 16:39, 30 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Please advise if I am permitted to edit using the two accounts Ttrdln and Kpts13. I opened Kpts13 to enable me to create my very first article from scratch, for a friend.
Thank you

Well, then let me clarify it for you, since I fixed and replied to your incorrect unblock request. No, you aren't permitted to operate multiple accounts like that. Is that clear enough? Seraphimblade Talk to me 04:51, 31 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
OK, thank you for clarifying. I had no idea that I was breaking rules by developing an article for my friend using the account which I set up for her. I shall no longer operate the account Kpts13 for my friend. I shall operate only my account Ttrdln, if I may be unblocked and allowed to do so. Please advise how I may be unblocked. Thank you.
