Request reason:

new user. unaware of policies pertaining to IP addresses and other users. this is not a "sock puppet" account.

Decline reason:

Four administrators have commented here, including the one who placed this request "on hold" some two weeks ago. They apparently felt your reasoning was unconvincing and therefore this request is de facto declined. Beeblebrox (talk) 19:09, 14 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

What is your relationship to Paganchristmas? --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 18:31, 29 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
When/if you answer please bear in mind that your first edit here was an edit in AfD, which would be virtually unknown for a new user.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 18:33, 29 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
Paganchristmas is a co-worker. as for how i got there: link from the article, and with html knowledge it's easy to cut and paste info/code found in other entries to figure out what to do. granted i don't really know what i'm doing. i have made edits without an account before but decided to make one. don't mind being blocked if i've infringed (can't learn this thing without inevitable mistakes) but the indefinite block on my account and IP address is disconcerting.Tugboat123"talk" 14:43, 29 March 2011 (EST)
I would appreciate some guidance on this matter. I have a lot to learn apparently. At any rate, I would like to know how I can amicably restore my account, whenever that would be allowed to occur. Tugboat123 (talk) 20:34, 29 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
I'm inclined to unblock you, but I don't think I should unblock until after I talk with the administrator who blocked you, so I've left him a note. Part of the reason that I think you should be unblocked is that Paganchristmas isn't blocked: even when we can confirm that one account is a sock puppet of another, virtually never do we block one but not the other. (Copied my response from my talk): If Tugboat123 is unblocked, I would think Paganchristmas would need to be blocked. Basically, the person needs to settle on which account they would like to use. I warned Paganchristmas to limit themselves to one account - if they would like to use Tugboat123, that's fine with me. Let me know if there's anything else with which I can help.
