There is a lot of short small paragraphs that could be combined for a less confusing layout. Look at making titles like "GOALS" and "COMPONENTS" a sub heading 1 and then "1. Holistic Thinking" "2. STAKEHOLDERS" etc. a subheading 2 while still being numbered. It seems like after your key words you have references which should be placed in the references section. With Systemic Development and sustainable development share the same sustainability goals I believe there is more than just "Holistic Thinking" driving this type of development.Look to explore other things that contribute to it as well.
