Greetings

Hey, I noticed you're from The Colony. I'm from Denton, but I'm currently at school in Waco, Texas (Baylor U) studying as a Comp Sci major. Just thought I'd drop by and say hello. Gflores Talk 19:38, 24 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Parlez Vous Francais?

edit

Just thought I'd pop my head in to look at your page. I am supposed to be doing homework but you give me an excuse. French people are me new favorites. TommyBoy76 02:22, 9 May 2006 (UTC)TommyBoy76Reply

My picture

edit

You recently sent me a message regarding my image (wikipedia url= [1]). I wanted to ask you what copyright it would fall under. I created the image myself, but the font is most likely copyrighted by Futurama, and possibly the site at which I got the font, [2]. I would appreciate if you could explain what copyright law this may fall under. Thank you for your time. --WillMak050389 11:29, 7 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Nevermind, I got the situation cleared up. --WillMak050389 13:03, 7 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Removal of www.FriscoRealEstateBlog.com

edit

Wesmills,

I noticed that you edited out my addition of www.FriscoRealEstateBlog.com from the Frisco, Texas page, and put something in your editing comments saying that you deleted some additions that were purely advertising or purely commercial. I also noticed that you didn't delete the Dallas Morning News' Beloblog.

www.FriscoRealEstateBlog.com is an informational site for residents of Frisco and those who are considering moving here, or just want to know more about what is happening with real estate in Frisco, TX. While it does link to my "purely commercial" site, www.AggressiveHomeSales.com, the intended and clearly main purpose of the site is informational in nature. Beloblog, on the other hand, while also informational in nature, is loaded with ads. I'm sure you'd agree with me that the presence of ads, in themselves, or links to commercial sites, does not constitute a commercial site.

Please visit www.FriscoRealEstateBlog.com for yourself, and you'll see that it is not purely commercial in nature and should remain on Wikipedia. I am editing it back in, and would appreciate your kindness in leaving it in place. And of course, if there is something I have not comprehended, please let me know.

Thank you,

Brian Marsh Editor of www.FriscoRealEstateBlog.com

Untagged image

edit

An image you uploaded, Image:Dentontexasseal.gif, was tagged with the {{coatofarms}} copyright tag. This tag was deleted because it does not actually specify the copyright status of the image. The image may need a more accurate copyright tag, or it may need to be deleted. If the image portrays a seal or emblem, it should be tagged as {{seal}}. If you have any questions, ask them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. -- 11:40, 30 December 2006 (UTC)

FM vs. UR

edit

Saw your article on FM 3504. Looks good, except you might want to mention what city the road is in or near, or put it earlier in the article. My example of a FM that's entirely and UR is FM 313. This was the approach I took for Urban roads. 25or6to4 20:31, 10 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hah. Mess. That almost seems like an understatement! But, of course, the wireless revolution, and any part of it, is yours for the taking. I'd be intrigued to see what you do, if you want to share when you're ready.  :) Best,   j    talk   06:05, 17 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

The article Standing Rules of the United States Senate, Rule XL has been proposed for deletion. The proposed deletion notice added to the article should explain why.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
