Elevation
editCould you provide a source for your rather massive elevation changes to La Poudre Pass? Thanks. Shadowjams (talk) 07:17, 29 July 2010 (UTC)
- My source is the link to the topo map on that page: http://www.topozone.com/viewmaps.asp?method=place&placename=La+Poudre+Pass&statefips=8 The topo map itself shows an elevation of 10,178 for the Gaging Station on Grand Ditch just downhill from the pass on the Atlantic side, and an elevation of 10,186 for the ranger station, so an elevation of 10,181 for the pass itself (i.e. the lowest point on the continental divide within the pass) makes sense.
