Before you read the warning below: I've changed the licensing of the file to {{db-author}} by which you release the photograph into the public domain (which is what you did in the case of File:19th Street & 11th Avenue NYC - Chelsea Piers.jpeg) because the latter is just a rotated version of the first. I will delete File:19th Street & 11th Avenue NYC - Chelsea Piers.jpeg which is of course useless because of its orientation). Permissions

Hi, I do have permission from the Artists' Fellowship Director. It is a non-profit group, all the Board Members volunteer their time. I know that they have really zero internet presence and there are no other references available online except for their own website. So, how do we do this? In order to do this, the copyright holder, not you, must formally grant permission under a compatable license for Wikipedia to use the material.

Here is some text:

It is important to understand, that only the copyright holder can grant permission to Wikipedia, and through doing so, grants rights to all future Wikiepdia users of the text, including for commercial purposes.

And, have the copyright holder, again, not you, but the actual holder of the copyright, send the directed release to: permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

And, that should take care of it. The text will need a lot of rewritikng, and, while I believe it is notable, there still may be an attempt to delete the article for non-notability. All this is just normal community process.
