How about we make the Chuck Norris "Fact" a parameter (i.e., put {{User Chuck Norris|fact}} on a user page), so that we won't have any arguments as to what "Fact" should be in the userbox, and also so that we can customize it (and have more than one of this userbox on a user page, one for every diferent "Fact").
