Made so that people can have a 'Chuck Norris' userbox that changes. It seems the normal Chuck Norris userbox is always the same because of arguments.
I tried to set it up with javascrpt to be automatic but I think Wikipedia disables javascript somehow (which is probably for the good). BUT if someone can figure out how to make this automatic then please go ahead. Otherwise feel free to change the quote whenever you like and/or add new quotes to the comments section below the main box contents.
