As per my statement on the other userbox talk pages, fairuse only allows us to use the image on articles directly related to the product and even then only very narrowly and it definitely does not allow us to use it on userboxes so I am removing the image yet again. I just read both Wikipedia:Fair use and Wikipedia:Logos and did not see any mention of article space (brought up in Template talk:User pepsi) or userboxes. Obviously neither Coke nor Pepsi can hold a copyright on a picture made of their products by someone else. I don't see a reason a Wikipedian could not take a picture of a coke can, upload it onto WP, and use it in a userbox. -Acjelen03:59, 29 December 2005 (UTC)Reply
