Hello, I'm Chris troutman. An edit that you recently made to Talk:YouTube seemed to be a test and has been removed. If you want more practice editing, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Chris Troutman (talk) 22:14, 3 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making nonconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Between the Lions with this edit. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism. Thank you.   Please stop your disruptive editing. Your edits have been reverted or removed.

Do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively may result in your being blocked from editing. --ThomasO1989 (talk) 05:26, 4 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Egg. Chris Troutman (talk) 06:07, 4 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for reverting your recent experiment. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment further, please use the sandbox instead, as someone could see your test before you revert it. Thank you. -- Rrburke (talk) 14:01, 4 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Blocked

edit

Hello. Your edits have resulted in a block. Any comments? -- zzuuzz (talk) 14:11, 4 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

OK, I see no comments explaining your edits. Normally the block would be extended until such time the problem is acknowledged - that can be a long time - but I will give you the opportunity to reform before the current block expires. Please do not introduce further vandalism into articles. Thanks. -- zzuuzz (talk) 14:19, 4 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • Actually, Ukle Defker introduced no vandalism whatsoever. All the user did is a series of self-reverted tests! Such tests should admittedly be conducted in a sandbox and not in live articles; I am perfectly willing to unblock if Ukle Defker acknowledges that and agrees to keep their editing tests confined to their sandbox. ☺ · Salvidrim! ·  14:25, 4 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
@Salvidrim!: Ukle Defker was repeatedly warned about their editing behavior. I've long said that new users don't notice Echo and that we need to bring back the Orange Bar of Doom. Regardless, the community doesn't have to put up with an endless series of test edits. I might add that a three hour block is paltry, at best. That block might be the best method of getting that user's attention. Chris Troutman (talk) 17:17, 4 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
Agreed. ☺ · Salvidrim! ·  17:20, 4 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
