Request reason:

I do not want an unblock, but I am creating a new account and I wish this one to be deleted in order to avoid clogging your system with an inactive account; I just don't know how else to contact you to request an account deletion. I am also deleting my email address, so I am virtually disappearing from Wikipedia altogether.

Decline reason:
