Just a little spoken Chinese (or is it Mandarin?) as Ni-hao or schi-che (I don't even know how to write it down, but it's supposed to be a greeting and thank you) Lectonar 09:29, 15 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

"Hi RDF, I realized you have removed my article Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism from under one of the sub-titles. But through 'my contributions', I can see that the article still exists somewhere. I'm sorry, I am new to Wikipedia, so there are many things I'm still a bit lost with. Do you mind telling me the reason for removing my article, as to prevent me from making the same mistake in the future? Please excuse my ignorance.--Vajrabell 04:59, 19 September 2005 (UTC)"

Actually, you appear to have a "wrong" number," I don't recall ever editing this in any way and I can't find any mention of it on my contributions list. Sorry. RDF talk 11:47, 19 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

In response to your query, I must admit that I don't understand your question. The article is still around, as it is bluelinked; why do you think that the article is gone? Lectonar 07:16, 21 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

Shengmi

edit

Yes, I removed Shengmi from Branches of Buddhism because it didn't sound like a real sect, and there was source cited for its existence. Moreover, not every single currently-or-previously existent sect of Buddhism needs to be listed on that page; some are too obscure. Also, I've noticed that many of your contributions to Wikipedia in English and Chinese have focused on inserting references to this Shengmi sect into different articles, which is suspect of possible misuse of Wikipedia. So, what's your source? - Nat Krause 08:28, 29 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

Well, frankly, looking at the Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism article, it seems a bit iffy. I've never chanced to hear of it before, and none of the information is sourced. That being the case, I would prefer if no articles linked there until substantial revisions are made. I'm not sure whether this 圣密 that you have written about the same thing as 密宗, which is best known in the West as 真言 (normally read Shingon, from the Japanese). It seems to me that the progenitors of Shengmi that that article mentions are all people who are generally associated with Chinese Tantric Buddhism. If it's the same thing, I suggest merging Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism into Vajrayana. - Nat Krause 13:38, 12 October 2005 (UTC)Reply

您好!

Greetings! Unfortunately, I am studying Chinese at a beginner level, so I have a hard time finding all the right Unihan characters to reply to you in Chinese. Yes I study martial art, having learned from the Wu family (吳家), especially from the late master Wu Ta-hsin (吳大新宗師, 1933-2005). Do you study martial art? I also study the 净土宗 and 禪 Buddhism, 道教 Taoism and 理學 Neo-Confucianism. --火星
