License tagging for Image:Art in Perpetuity Trust1.jpg

Please don't remove the link to http://www.phillipschofield.com it is his official site. Please do a whois on the domain name if you don't believe me it is linked to his agent, why would his agent refer a domain to my site if it isn't official? Phillip also is involved in the site.
