sorry
editWikipedia is not a free host or webspace provider. I don't know what Password Reset(s) Processes is but I am sure it will never be an article in a public encyclopedia. Please take it elsewhere. -- RHaworth 15:40, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
Changing the name to NFPF Password reset makes no difference. It is still unencyclopedic. -- RHaworth 11:22, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
You have now created create a new user account for NFPF. Not only are your articles unencyclopedic, they would seem to compromise the security of the Police National Network. Do you have permission from your superiors to publish on Wikipedia? Please explain yourself on this page, otherwise I may block you for "dumb insolence". -- RHaworth 16:39, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
It appears that you've recreated the article at NFPF Password Reset; at first I thought the article might just be an overly detailed set of technical instructions, or some sort of advertising, but when "NFPF Password Reset" provided no Google hits, and I came across this talk page, I became less sure of the situation. Would you care to explain your intentions? Thanks for your time. Luna Santin 10:05, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
I am very very sorry, somehow I have been steered away from the original page i was on and loaded the information onto the wrong page. Apologies for the confusion. Vanessa. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vanessabu (talk • contribs) 2006-07-03 11:28:52 (UTC)
Sorry, this article was already deleted a few times and it still had no context whatsoever. Please bear some of the following facts in mind:
- Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, therefore, content should be encyclopaedic and not how-to-guideific in nature. See what Wikipedia is not.
- The article didn't provide much context at all. Every article should provide some idea on what the article is supposed to be about, so that the first thoughts of whoever reads the article is not "what the heck is this, then, something about password resetting and Windows?" =)
Hope this helps. --wwwwolf (barks/growls) 10:50, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
Re: Your note
editGlad to be of any service. Since blanking your own page is a pretty obvious attempt to delete it, I took the liberty of adding {{db-author}} to the top of the page (if a page's sole contributor requests that the page be deleted, it qualifies for speedy deletion). In the future, where you've just created an article and want it gone, that method should work fine; otherwise, there's always the usual WP:AFD procedures. Feel free to drop me a line if you have any other questions. Luna Santin 12:05, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
- The page itself has been deleted, and its edit history is no longer visible. I'm not sure if there's anything else you'd be worried about; as you've probably noticed, all of the links to that article have turned red, which means they lead to a non-existing page. Does that help? Luna Santin 22:09, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia! Stifle (talk) 12:28, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry, I have been trying to delete the site all day as i did not mean to have it published but do not know how.
- If I can figure it out I will. I will welcome any suggestion you have. Thanks.

- To request that a page you created be deleted, if nobody else has edited it you can add the text {{db-author}}. If someone else has edited it, you must follow the Wikipedia:Deletion process. Thanks. Stifle (talk) 22:05, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
NFPF
editNational Forensic Pathology Framework. How come just one Google hit? -- RHaworth 21:27, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
- Please go ahead and delete ALL my images as they should not have been loaded in the first place. I have tried to do them myself but it won't let me. It says I do not have admin rights or sysops rights to do that. Thanks Vanessa — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vanessabu (talk • contribs)
If someone else does not do it, I will delete them in the next few hours. But do not vandalise your talk page. -- RHaworth 16:36, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
I have now deleted all your images. Please leave your requests for deletion visible on this page - they provide the authorisation for the deletes that I did.
Hint: screen images should be stored using a lossless format such as PNG. Storing them as JPEG's tends to give a "fuzzy" appearance - the technical term is "artifacts".
I was puzzled by this edit. The existence of the NFPF is public information and I am paying for it so there is no need to suppress the link. To answer my own question above as to why few Google hits: the NFPF is essentially just an Home Office internal name. There is plenty published about it, see for example this page, they just don't use the term NFPF very much. -- RHaworth 00:39, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
But your visit here did remind me that we needed a picture of Lunatic House. -- RHaworth 03:25, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
