Please help me with... How can I submit a new page in the most simplest form So where the headings have been pre set up, I enter the references etc I believe I saw this page when the user was first created, but cannot relocate this.

If you use the Article Wizard to create a draft, it will fill in the References section, but there is no generic "template" that can be loaded into an article.
