Please help me with...I saved some text in Sandbox and went to go back to it and now it cannot be found? Please help me locate the page

Help me!

Please help me with... How can I submit a new page in the most simplest form So where the headings have been pre set up, I enter the references etc I believe I saw this page when the user was first created, but cannot relocate this.

If you use the Article Wizard to create a draft, it will fill in the References section, but there is no generic "template" that can be loaded into an article.
