Speedy deletion nomination of Bir-Billing

I am worring about my site been blacklisted and put in Spamlist. As of new user, please unblock my website travelbirbilling.com from spamlist, Will not add such links of my website in wekipedia. My website provide information regarding Bir and I am belongs to area, so i trying to add information of my portal. If i violated your rules and temps, please give me a 2nd chance by unblocking the website and put it out from spam list. please write to me on this
