Congratulations, and thank you for helping expand the scope of Wikipedia! We hope you will continue making quality contributions.

The article has been assessed as Start-Class, which is recorded on its talk page. Most new articles start out as Stub-Class or Start-Class and then attain higher grades as they develop over time. You may like to take a look at the grading scheme to see how you can improve the article.

Myrtle Beach SkyWheel

edit

Thanks for shortening my edits on the renovation, I wasn't trying to make it sound promotional, but just trying to provide as much detail as possible, so it wouldn't be too short. Anyways thanks!! ComputerFreak34 (talk) 07:41, 20 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

I understand. Sometimes I think wording like you did is appropriate, but it really isn't.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 15:13, 20 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Talk pages

edit

Surely you saw the large, clearly written and polite request on my otherwise empty talk page regarding comments? But even if you somehow missed it, you've been around long enough to know that issues regarding article content go on article talk pages, not user talk pages. - wolf 16:06, 8 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of transgender characters in television, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mo.

November 2021

edit

Thank you for your edit to the disambiguation page Brandon. However, please note that disambiguation pages are not articles; rather, they are meant to help readers find a specific article quickly and easily. From the disambiguation dos and don'ts, you should:

  • Only list articles that readers might reasonably be looking for
  • Use short sentence fragment descriptions, with no punctuation at the end
  • Use exactly one navigable link ("blue link") in each entry
    • Only add a "red link" if used in existing articles, and include a "blue link" to an appropriate article
  • Do not pipe links (unless style requires it) – keep the full title of the article visible
  • Do not insert external links or references

Thank you. Donald Albury 23:35, 9 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom 2021 Elections voter message

edit
Hello! Voting in the 2021 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 6 December 2021. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2021 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:15, 23 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

Creating a user account

edit

Thanks for the reminder. Somehow overlooked your message until just a couple of days ago, plus I'm the world's worst procrastinator. Have several non-nefarious reasons for not (yet) creating an account, not least among them the fact that I can't think of a suitable username...don't want to use my real name, and clever handles like "Vchimpanzee" and "Ser Amantio di Nicolao" are a tough act to follow. :-) One of the few that come to mind is "GrammarNotSee"; would that be offensive? -- 2603:6081:8004:DD5:6451:2AC4:EB73:1BE (talk) 00:16, 23 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
