I noticed you uploaded the image Image:2nd circuit.jpg. Are you Tom Fletcher? If not, have you gotten his permission to post that image to Wikipedia?

Hello,

I'm not Tom Fletcher, but that doesn't matter, as Tom Fletcher does not own the copyright to the image. The image is posted on his site, so far as I can tell, as an image in the public domain. I think people should know what the 2nd circuit looks like. Its a magnificent building. I say: ignore the rules.
