I know for a fact that aircraft such as the F-117 stealh fighter are able to go upwards of 60,000+ feet, however keep in mind these are military aircraft, not civilian aircraft. Even so, it would take more than 1 hour going from Boston to Switzerland. Hope this clears things up for you.
