Victim86 (talk) 05:31, 12 February 2015 (UTC)Hello, I have submitted an article on an individual (ex-fugitive) once wanted by FBI, Interpol and US Customs in 1987. After escaping the authorities in USA, he moved back to Singapore in 1996. He set up a business and again is currently on the run from several creditors.

He has been declared a bankrupt by IPTO (insolvency & public trustees office, Ministry of Law from Singapore). All of the information that I have submitted is based on articles from 2 magazines issued in 1987 and the straits times newspaper in 2013. They have been marked by >ref<

   I will be obliged if someone from Wikipedia could guide me on the layout of the article and advise me on how to improve the impact of the article.
