Harris HS Viskinda is the current Webmaster of Liberia State run University, the University of Liberia. Born March 15, 1990 he is a Liberian Information Technology personal. He is accredited with many website to include www.tourlib.online, www.ul.edu.lr and www.newtechsolutionlr.com

In 2017 Harris Co-founded an ICT Company name New Technology Solutions. New Technology Solutions is the owner of Tour Liberia (www.tourlib.online). New Technology Solutions have implemented several projects with Harris HS Viskinda been the Project Manager.
