Hi Dauster, in parashah Bo, the mitzvah of Tefillin is at the end of the parashah, but not listed under Commandments later in the wikipedia page. I do not have a copy of the sefer ha chinuch. Do you know if tefillin is officially a mitzvah from Bo?
