I think some disambiguation would be helpful here. At the conclusion of his Mission to Czechoslovakia, in September 1838, Walter Runciman (1st Viscount Runciman of Doxford) submitted a report to the British and Czechoslovak governments containing his recommendations. That document is also known as the Runciman Report and is cited in the Munich Crisis section of Walter Runciman, 1st Viscount Runciman of Doxford. A draft disambiguation page appears in my sandbox.
Below it is the proposed text for the Runciman Report on Czechoslovakia page when created. Two pages linked to from that page do not yet exist but I will write them if this development goes ahead. Swedish Wikipedia already has a short article on Frank Ashton Gwatkin. He also published several novels under the pseudonym of John Paris, so further disambiguation would be required in due course because an article on the musician John Paris already exists.
