Question for administrator

<How do I request semi protection for specific pages or request a page to be subject to review from users before it can be edited? I used this template because only administration have options to choose what pages need to be controlled for conditions specifically, like to promote compliance with the biography of other people and to prevent vandalism of pages that are likely to receive such damage to the pages.>
